Your Tasks * Coordinating, organizing, and promoting training offers tailored for both local and global audiences * Assessing training needs to prioritize relevant training initiatives * Curating and evolving learning portfolios: Partnering with stakeholders to refine the training portfolio, selecting expert trainers, managing deployment, and implementing continuous feedback mechanisms * Designing and organizing innovative customized development solutions to meet the specific needs of individuals, teams or, departments * Supporting international projects within the area of L&D * Creating engaging eLearning modules * Acting as local key admin of our learning management system (Cornerstone OnDemand) Your Profile * Degree calibre, ideally with focus on HR/personnel development * At least 3-5 years of experience in organizing training, training justification, trainer selection, design and delivery of training * Experience with Cornerstone OnDemand solution advantageous * Language skills: German and English fluent (written and oral), further language advantageous * Excellent social skills and self-confidence, ready to take ownership for your area of responsibility with the ability to hit the ground running * Hands-on and solution-oriented mentality Our Offer An attractive workplace in a dynamic environment with development opportunities of an internationally acting group is awaiting you.
