Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist (f/m/d) Manage the full recruitment life cycle from requisition to offer, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent.
Source and engage candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and proactive talent pipelining.
Act as the Key User for our Applicant Tracking System (Cornerstone), managing the end-to-end recruitment workflow and continuously improving recruitment processes.
Build trusted relationships with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and external recruitment agencies while ensuring effective collaboration and recruitment excellence.
Monitor recruitment KPIs, maintain recruitment and headcount reporting, and provide meaningful insights to support data-driven decision-making.
Support and drive HR projects and annual HR processes, including Performance Management, Employee Engagement Surveys, Job Architecture, and the continuous digitalization of HR processes.
Your Profile
Proven experience 5+ years in Talent Acquisition, including end-to-end recruitment.
Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
Experience managing HR projects and coordinating multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Proactive and self-driven with a strong sense of ownership, reliability, accountability and confidentiality.
Structured, analytical, and detail-oriented working style with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable solutions.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and multiple ongoing projects.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with proven ability to build relationships, negotiate effectively, and influence stakeholders across all organizational levels.
Strong customer and service orientation, combined with excellent stakeholder management skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
Collaborative team player who also works independently with minimal supervision and is eager to develop professionally.
Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken (additional languages are an advantage).
This position is based at our Headquarters in Vienna, Austria. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Austria.
