We are building a new Integration & AI team at our headquarters in Vienna.
AI Engineer - Enterprise AI Platform & Solutions (f/m/d) As AI Engineer, you will help build and operate a scalable enterprise AI platform enabling our global business to develop, deploy and govern AI-powered solutions across multiple markets.
You will work closely with AI Champions, business experts and IT product teams to turn use cases into secure, scalable and production-ready solutions.
Your Tasks
Build and operate scalable enterprise AI platforms and solutions
Support AI platform governance, security and responsible AI practices
Translate business use cases into technical AI solutions
Develop and deploy AI applications using Microsoft Foundry, Copilot Studio and related technologies
Design RAG architectures using enterprise data and knowledge sources
Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications through APIs, MCP servers and other technologies
Turn successful proofs of concept into production-ready solutions
Define solution architectures and provide hands-on engineering guidance
Develop reusable AI components, accelerators, templates and services
Collaborate with global AI Champions, business teams, security and architecture
Coordinate developers, technical specialists and external technology partners
Your Profile
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field
5+ years of experience in software development and/or solution architecture
Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, Java or similar
Solid understanding of cloud-native development and Azure
Experience with Azure DevOps, Terraform, serverless functions or similar technologies
Hands-on experience building AI solutions in enterprise environments
Understanding of RAG, APIs, AI application architecture and system integration
Experience coordinating developers, technical specialists and external vendorsStrong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience in complex or international environments is an advantage

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 3.338,58 per month based on full-time employment (38.5 h/week).
