Senior Production Controller (m/f/d) Your Tasks
Perform monthly analysis of production figures and key manufacturing performance indicators.
Analyze production cost deviations and identify root causes and improvement opportunities.
Monitor and evaluate capacity utilization, including the impact of idle capacity on production costs.
Develop and maintain production controlling guidelines, standards, and best practices.
Lead the implementation and rollout of production controlling processes across local entities.
Ensure consistent application of production costing methodologies and reporting standards.
Collaborate with finance, operations, and local management teams to improve production performance and cost transparency.
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to production planning, costing, and operational efficiency.
Your Profile
Approximately 5‑10 years of experience in production controlling, manufacturing finance, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA production processes.
Solid understanding of production costing and manufacturing accounting principles.
Experience working within a production or manufacturing environment.
Proven ability to design, standardise, and roll out processes across multiple locations or legal entities.
Strong understanding of production cost variances, capacity utilisation, and the financial impact of idle capacity.
Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
Experience working in an international manufacturing organisation.
Experience in process improvement or transformation initiatives.
Ability to translate complex operational and financial data into actionable insights.

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is €4,053.86 per month based on full‑time employment (38.5 h/week).
