Together, we continuously strive to deliver efficient and high-quality services to our customers.We are now looking for an **experienced and skilled Vessel Performance Manager** to strengthen our growing Performance Management Team. **Your Responsibilities**As a Vessel Performance Manager, you will play a key role in driving the technical and operational performance of bulk carriers and tankers across our customers’ fleets, particularly by**Your Responsibilities**As a Vessel Performance Manager, you will play a key role in driving the technical and operational performance of bulk carriers and tankers across our customers’ fleets, particularly by* Analyze technical and operational data to identify inefficiencies and define improvement actions.* Drive fleetwide optimization initiatives targeting fuel efficiency, voyage execution, and environmental performance.* Prepare and deliver high-quality performance presentations to customers and stakeholders.* Monitor reporting systems to ensure high data quality; drive corrective actions when needed.* Represent vessel performance in owners’ meetings, presenting status, trends, improvement actions, and risk areas.* Collaborate closely with onboard crew, internal teams, and service providers to enhance data accuracy.* Guide and support customers, seafarers, and internal departments on energy efficiency and performance topics.* Contribute to compliance with global emission, fuel consumption, and energy efficiency regulations.**What You Bring*** University degree or vocational training in a maritime or technical field (Marine Engineering, Nautical Science, Naval Architecture, etc.).* Minimum 3 years of maritime industry experience, ideally including time in vessel operations, performance, or technical/engineering roles.* Experience with bulkers, tankers, or tramp shipping is a strong advantage.* Solid technical understanding of ship operations, machinery, and vessel performance drivers.* Strong analytical skills and confidence working with operational data, KPIs, and performance tools.* Familiarity with hull, engine, navigation, environmental and fuel efficiency concepts.* Understanding of charter party performance issues is beneficial.* Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey technical insights clearly to customers and internal stakeholders.* Proficiency in MS Office, statistical tools, and database systems.* A proactive mindset, high flexibility, and the ability to work independently as well as in cross-functional teams.**What We Offer*** Exciting and diverse projects using modern technologies.* A motivated, interdisciplinary, international team.* Opportunities for professional development and certifications.* Flexible working hours and home office options.* Attractive salary and benefits package. #J-18808-Ljbffr
