- Independent set-up and changeover of injection moulding machines and their automation systems / robots
- Developing automation solutions using cobots and similar technologies for our injection moulding machines and assembly processes
- Maintenance, repair and optimisation of equipment
- Support and optimisation of special-purpose machines
- Tool preparation
- Provision of plastic materials, peripheral equipment, packaging and related items
- Instruction, support and supervision of production staff
- Troubleshooting
- Quality monitoring of production processes
- Carrying out initial and follow-up sample inspections
Your profile
- Technical training suited to the tasks listed above
- Willingness to familiarise yourself with 3D printing (CAD, CAM)
- High quality and responsibility awareness
- Good team and communication skills
- Willingness to work shifts in a two-shift system
- Independent and structured working style
