Overview
As an Investment Consultant in our Western Europe team, you will support a diverse institutional client base with capital-investment strategies. You’ll work across Germany and beyond, shaping objectives, risk profiles, and asset allocations while applying market outlooks and sustainability considerations. You’ll collaborate closely with colleagues to govern investment frameworks and drive commercial outcomes for clients. This role offers exposure to a broad range of projects and a chance to influence investment decisions in a multinational context. You will contribute to a client-centric culture that values technical insight and proactive collaboration.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Define investment objectives and beliefs, and set risk profiles for clients
- Determine strategic asset allocation and apply market outlook across asset classes
- Incorporate sustainability considerations into investment strategies
- Develop and implement investment governance frameworks
- Engage with clients to communicate insights and progress, supporting relationship management across Western Europe
- Collaborate with senior colleagues and guide junior team members
- Support efficient delivery of work with strong IT proficiency
- Maintain a solid understanding of capital markets and portfolio theory within client portfolios
- Remain informed on applicable legislation and regulatory requirements for corporate pension assets
- Advise on German wealth market nuances and OAP plan designs where knowledge is beneficial

- 3–7 years of professional investment experience

- Extensive knowledge of investment legislation and regulatory provisions for corporate pension assets
