Responsibilities

• Technical expertise: You perform maintenance, operation, and commissioning of wastewater treatment plants and contribute to the longevity and efficiency of our systems.
• Problem management: You conduct independent fault diagnosis and troubleshooting of complex problems and ensure our service remains fluid and reliable.
• Customer proximity: You support customers technically via phone, e‑mail, and on site and guarantee they are always well informed and satisfied.
• Supporting coordination: You assist in spare part and component ordering and help shape the process efficiently.
• Careful documentation: You document executed work and test results with meticulous and detailed care.

Qualifications

• Solid education: You have completed an electrical or mechanical professional training successfully.
• Experience matters: Several years of customer service or service experience is desirable.
• Technical finesse: A strong technical understanding enables you to master complex challenges effectively.
• Independence and goal orientation: Your work style is independent, goal oriented and focused, making you the ideal candidate for this position.
• Strong personality: Physical and mental resilience, flexibility, reliability, teamwork and communication strength characterize you.
• Travel readiness: You are ready to travel nationally and internationally to optimally support our customers and plants.
