RMO Project Manager, Lausanne, 100%As a Project Manager - Client Representative, you will manage complex real estate projects, defend the interests of institutional owners, and actively contribute to the development of high-value investments.
At Wincasa, you will take a central role in managing construction and development projects from the planning phase to commissioning.
To strengthen our Construction & Facility Management team in French-speaking Switzerland, we are looking for an engaged, solution-oriented personality with a strong sense of responsibility for a start date in October.
Responsibilities- Independently manage construction projects as Client Representative (RMO), Client Assistant (AMO), and/or Project Manager, depending on the complexity and scale of the assigned projects.- Assume responsibility for costs, deadlines, and quality objectives.- Advise and support institutional owners and clients.- Coordinate planners (architects and engineers), companies, as well as authorities and other project stakeholders.- Collaborate closely with property management teams, center management, and various internal expertise areas.- Ensure the smooth execution of projects throughout all development phases.
Profile- Architect, engineer, construction manager degree, or equivalent.- At least 5 years of experience in Switzerland as a Client Representative, project manager, or in a similar function.- Solid knowledge of the construction and real estate sector.- Excellent project management skills.- Personality comfortable with autonomous work, solution-oriented, and entrepreneurial.- Team spirit and sense of responsibility.- Proficiency in German is a real asset.
