RMO Project Manager, (m/f/d), Lausanne, 100%As a Project Manager - Owner's Representative, you will manage complex real estate projects, defend the interests of institutional owners and actively contribute to the realisation of high value-added investments.
At Wincasa, you take a central role in managing construction and transformation projects, from the strategic phase to commissioning.
To strengthen our Construction & Facility Management team in French-speaking Switzerland, we are looking for a committed, solution-oriented personality with a strong sense of responsibility, to start in October 2026.
Your responsibilities Independently manage construction projects as Owner's Representative (RMO), Owner's Assistant (AMO) and/or Project Manager, depending on the nature and scope of the projects entrusted Take responsibility for costs, deadlines and quality objectives Advise and support institutional owners and clients Coordinate contractors (architects and engineers), companies as well as users and other project stakeholders Work closely with property management teams, centre management and various internal experts Ensure the smooth progress of projects through all phases of implementation Your profile Training as an architect, engineer, site manager or equivalent qualification At least 5 years of experience in Switzerland as Owner's Representative, project manager or in a similar role Strong knowledge of the construction and real estate sector Excellent project management skills Communicative personality, confident in negotiations Independent, solution-oriented and entrepreneurial working method Team spirit and sense of responsibility Knowledge of German is a real advantage Here are some of our benefits: Working hours: we embrace mobile working with individual (annual) working hours and/or part-time work.
