Tasks
- Planning and managing truck tours in compliance with legal regulations, in particular driving and rest periods
- Purchase and sale of loads, directly and via portals/freight exchanges
- Scheduling, taking into account legal, qualitative and economic aspects
- Communication with drivers, customers and partners, also in cross-border traffic
- Checking freight documents and monitoring transport processing
- Customer care and complaint processing
Qualifications
- Training as a forwarding and logistics agent (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
- Experience in truck dispatching
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Regional local knowledge in Bavaria
- Confident handling of legal requirements for driving and rest times
- Independent work and room for your own ideas
