Windward Bio is seeking a Head of FP&A & Controlling to build the financial engine behind WIN378 and the broader pipeline, guiding budgets, forecasts and long-range plans as the company scales toward a potential public listing.
You will partner with Development Operations, Tech Ops/CMC and Commercial teams, translate clinical and regulatory plans into integrated financial views, and lead a growing FP&A function from the ground up.
