In this role, you will translate product roadmaps into executable project plans and coordinate cross-functional teams from concept validation through release readiness. You will manage the periodic release cycle of our WiDE software, ensuring clear milestones, reliable delivery, and transparent communication. Working with Product Management, Solution Engineering Support, Data Analytics, and other stakeholders, you will help turn innovative ideas into robust digital solutions. /p h3Your Responsibilities /h3 ul liTranslate product roadmaps and priorities into structured project plans covering scope, timelines, dependencies, resources, and deliverables. /li liLead internal RD and development projects from concept validation and prototyping through integration and deployment readiness. /li liPlan and coordinate periodic WiDE software releases, including design and feature freezes, review cycles, readiness assessments, and release meetings. /li liAlign cross-functional stakeholders on priorities, scope, timelines, resource allocation, dependencies, and delivery commitments. /li liIdentify and manage technical, integration, resource, and schedule risks while ensuring appropriate validation, testing, and quality standards. /li liProvide transparent status reporting, maintain project and release documentation, and track delivery performance against roadmap milestones and agreed KPIs. /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. /li liAt least five years of project management experience in technology, RD, or product development environments. /li liProven ability to manage multiple cross-functional development or innovation projects and translate product roadmaps into executable plans. /li liPractical experience with Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies; PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification is an advantage. /li liStrong organisational, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills, with experience using tools such as Jira or OnePlan. /li liHigh proficiency in written and spoken English; German and additional languages are beneficial. /li /ul h3Our offer /h3 ul liAn opportunity to shape the sustainability and environmental impact of the shipping industry.
