Come, be a part of this change. /p pWinGD is looking for a /p pSenior Controller (m/f/d) /p pLocation: Winterthur /p h3Job Startdate /h3 pWorkload: 100% /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport the implementation and continuous improvement of the Internal Control System (IKS). /li liSupport the development and implementation of Finance policies, procedures, and processes, ensuring clear responsibilities, approval flows, and effective control points. /li liMonitor and improve key Finance processes and workflows, ensuring consistent execution and compliance with established policies and procedures. /li liPerform internal control testing and monitor the execution of key financial controls. /li liEnsure compliance with finance policies, procedures, approval matrices, and governance standards. /li liIdentify process gaps, control weaknesses, and improvement opportunities, and coordinate corrective actions with relevant Finance stakeholders. /li liMonitor Accounts Receivable aging and support cash collection governance and reporting. /li liCoordinate governance activities during month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing. /li liSupport internal audits by preparing documentation, coordinating audit requests, and tracking remediation actions. /li liPrepare governance dashboards, KPI reports, and risk monitoring reports. /li liSupport process standardization and continuous improvement across Finance. /li liCollaborate with Accounting, Treasury, FPA, Business Controllers, and other Finance stakeholders to improve finance governance, process effectiveness, and controls. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liProven experience in Controlling, Financial Governance, Internal Controls, or Finance Compliance. /li liGood understanding of finance processes, policies, and internal controls. /li liStrong understanding of Swiss accounting and financial reporting processes. /li liHands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA or other ERP systems. /li liStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. /li liBachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field. /li liFluent English; German is an advantage. /li /ul h3Our Offer /h3 ul liAn opportunity to shape the sustainability and environmental impact of the shipping industry.
