HR Service & Operations Specialist (m/f/d) 80-100%

Responsibilities
Are you looking to start or further build your career in HR Operations? Join our People & Culture team and become a trusted partner for employees and managers across the entire employee lifecycle. You will gain hands-on exposure to HR administration, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, process improvement and digital HR initiatives.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle service & operations.
- Maintain employee data in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors.
- Support employees and managers on HR operational and administrative topics.
- Co-join HR-Projects, such as implementing workflows or Lean Administration
- Contribute to HR process optimization, digitalization and continuous improvement.
- Support payroll-related activities and compliance processes, such as Internal Controls.
- Work closely with HR Business Partners and business stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience in HR Administration, HR Operations or commercial roles with HR exposure.
- Interest in HR processes and systems such as SAP HCM and SuccessFactors.
- Strong attention to detail plus high accuracy and reliability.
- Structured and service-oriented mindset.
- Native German and strong English skills.
- HR-Fachausweis or willingness to further develop professionally.
