Location: Gelsenkirchen, NRW, Germany Contract: Full-time (40 hours/week) Shift Work: Required Probation Period: 6 months Key Responsibilities •Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of warehouse automation systems (conveyors, sorters, ASRS, etc.) •Develop and execute preventive maintenance plans to reduce equipment downtime •Analyze performance data and propose optimization or system upgrade solutions •Manage spare parts inventory and ensure availability of critical components •Collaborate closely with vendors and internal technical teams to resolve complex issues •Develop maintenance manuals and operational guidelines •Train warehouse staff on equipment operation and safety procedures Qualifications •Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field •Minimum 3 years of experience in automated logistics or industrial equipment management •Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical control systems, and PLC programming (e.g., Siemens S7) •Familiar with lubrication techniques and standard maintenance tools •Strong analytical and hands-on problem-solving skills •Fluent in German or English (working language)
