B. Contract Type: Full-time (40 hours/week) Working Hours: Shift-based Probation Period: 6 months Key Responsibilities - Lead and supervise a team of 10–20 warehouse operators (inbound or outbound) - Coordinate daily operations and ensure smooth workflow execution - Monitor productivity, quality standards, and KPI performance - Support shift planning and workforce allocation - Train and coach team members - Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures - Analyze operational data and implement process improvements - Act as liaison between warehouse operations and other departments Qualifications - High school diploma; logistics qualification preferred - Minimum 6 months of leadership experience in warehouse operations - Hands-on experience in inbound, outbound, returns, or value-added services - Familiarity with warehouse management systems (e.g., TOM) - Strong leadership and coordination skills - Good communication and problem-solving abilities - German or English working proficiency - Willingness to work shifts
