- Manage the full employee lifecycle service & operations. - Maintain employee data in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors. - Support employees and managers on HR operational and administrative topics. - Co-join HR-Projects, such as implementing workflows or Lean Administration - Contribute to HR process optimization, digitalization and continuous improvement. - Support payroll-related activities and compliance processes, such as Internal Controls. - Work closely with HR Business Partners and business stakeholders.
