Winthrop Technologies is a dedicated data centre delivery partner providing turnkey solutions to our clients, headquartered in Dublin and delivering throughout Europe.
Winthrop specialises in providing turnkey data centre solutions, offering services from design through to construction across the full range of civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, and electrical services as well as commissioning.
We are currently constructing multiple turnkey data centre projects in 7 different European countries , equating to over 430 MW of IT load in flight .
We are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking a CSA Manager to join our team. This role will manage the roofing and cladding work packages.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the co-ordination of the Civil and Structural work package, specifically the roofing and cladding package.
- Manage Site QA in conjunction with the project team.
- Manage the Project Schedule in conjunction with Planner, Project Managers, Sub-Contractors, and consulting Engineers/Architects.
- Oversee all day-to-day site operations.
- Manage sub-contractor activities, including tracking progress against schedule and manpower levels, and conducting weekly meetings with sub-contractors.
- Ensure all sub-contractor documentation, including safety documentation, is maintained up to date and filed for future reference.
- Attend Site Meetings, Internal Project Reviews, Engineering Reviews, Planning and Co-ordination Meetings, and Handover Meetings.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a similar field.
- At least 7 years of CSA industry experience.
- Strong background in managing roofing and/or cladding packages.
- Ability to maintain an overview of entire projects while attending to detailed technicalities.
- Experience in scheduling, programming, and sequencing.
- Proven experience in effectively managing teams.
- Experience in the delivery of large-scale MEP projects.
