In this role, you will report to the Senior Sustainability Manager, who is leading our sustainability team, and work on a broad range of topics, including sustainability reporting, certifications, regulatory requirements, KPI monitoring, data collection and cross-functional project coordination. /p pAs sustainability work is becoming increasingly data-driven, we are looking for someone who enjoys working with data, improving processes and turning complex information into clear insights for decision-making, reporting and audits. /p h3In Your Day-to-day Work, You Will /h3 ul liSupport the sustainability team inthe development and implementation of our sustainability strategy across cotton and cocoa /li liCoordinate sustainability-related projects across departments, commodities, and international locations /li liFurther develop sustainability KPIs and support regular monitoring, analysis and reporting /li liImprove data collection processes and help ensure completeness, consistency and quality of sustainability data /li liSupport compliance with regulatory requirements, certification schemes and audit preparation /li liContribute to sustainability reporting for internal and external stakeholders /li liEngage with clients and stakeholders on sustainability-related topics /li liHelp translate sustainability requirements into practical business processes and tools /li /ul h3What You Bring /h3 ul liDegree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Agriculture, Business Administration or related field; legal background is a plus /li li2-5 years of relevant work experience, ideally in sustainability, agricultural supply chains, reporting, certification or compliance /li liStrong interest in agricultural raw materials, international trade and sustainability /li liAffinity for working with data, KPIs, reporting tools and process improvement /li liStructured, analytical and hands-on working style with attention to detail /li liExperience with sustainability related frameworks, certification schemes or regulatory reporting is a plus. /li liProficiency in German and English is required (spoken and written).
