Role: IAM Administrator
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Administer, maintain, and support One Identity Manager and associated IAM infrastructure.
· Manage end-to-end user lifecycle processes, including provisioning, deprovisioning, transfers, and access modifications.
· Serve as the L3 escalation point for complex IAM incidents, service requests, and production issues.
· Perform advanced troubleshooting of IAM workflows, synchronization issues, connector failures, and provisioning errors.
· Monitor system performance, scheduled jobs, synchronization processes, application logs, and alerts to ensure platform stability and availability.
· Execute and support access reviews, certification campaigns, segregation of duties (SoD) reviews, and audit activities.
· Design, maintain, and optimize Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) models and access governance processes.
· Work closely with Application, Infrastructure, Security, and Development teams to support IAM integrations and resolve cross-functional issues.
· Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures for recurring incidents.
· Develop and maintain operational runbooks, SOPs, technical documentation, and knowledge base articles.
· Participate in automation and process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
· Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior support engineers (L1/L2).
· Ensure compliance with organizational security standards, audit requirements, and regulatory policies.
Skills Required:
· 3–5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) operations and administration.
· Strong hands-on experience with One Identity Manager (preferred) or other enterprise IAM platforms.
· Good understanding of Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), Access Management, RBAC, and Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes.
· Strong troubleshooting skills with workflows, synchronization, provisioning, and connector-related issues.
· Working knowledge of SQL, including the ability to write and troubleshoot queries, analyze data, and support IAM database investigations.
· Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, Exchange, and related identity repositories.
· Familiarity with audit, compliance, access certification, and SoD requirements.
· Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
