About the Opportunity
We are hiring a Senior Delivery Leader / Account Delivery Head to lead large-scale managed services delivery for a strategic enterprise client. This role is ideal for a senior technology services leader with strong experience in service excellence, customer engagement, governance, transformation, commercial management, and people leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery across infrastructure, cloud, security, workplace, data center, and service management functions.
- Ensure achievement of SLAs, KPIs, operational stability, service quality, and customer experience targets.
- Act as the senior delivery interface for client leadership and key stakeholders.
- Drive governance, risk, compliance, audit readiness, and executive reporting.
- Lead transformation, automation, AI-enabled operations, and continuous service improvement initiatives.
- Manage commercial outcomes, account profitability, resource productivity, and cost optimization.
- Lead and develop a multi-country, multi-vendor delivery organization.
Ideal Profile
- 15+ years of IT Services / Managed Services experience, including 8+ years in delivery or account leadership.
- Strong background in infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, data center, or large outsourcing engagements.
- Proven experience managing strategic enterprise clients, preferably across European markets.
- Strong governance, stakeholder management, transformation, financial management, and operational excellence capabilities.
