Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Consultant with 7-8 years of expertise in configuring and customizing SAP HCM modules, particularly in Payroll and Time Management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong functional expertise, team leadership capabilities, and a proven record in managing end-to-end SAP HCM support projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Configure, customize, and manage all SAP HCM modules, with a focus on Payroll and Time Management.
2. Provide expertise in international payroll, covering regions including the US, UK, Mexico, Germany, Poland, India, and Canada.
3. Design and troubleshoot Payroll and Time Management PCRs and schemas to ensure seamless functionality.
4. Analyze and interpret payroll and time management logs to resolve issues effectively.
5. Address critical payroll issues by analyzing the issue, finding a solution and support payroll teams for completion of payrolls on time.

Key Qualifications:

1. 7-8 years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM configuration and customization.
2. Deep expertise in Payroll and Time Management, with strong knowledge of global payroll regulations.
3. Proven track record of leading at least 2-3 full lifecycle SAP HCM implementations and 3-4 support projects.
4. Strong understanding of Payroll/Time PCRs, schemas, and log analysis.
5. Experience in preparing and reviewing project documentation, including Functional Specs, SMTD, BBPs, and UAT.
6. Strong integration experience between SAP HCM and other modules/systems (FICO, CATS, Kronos, KABA).
7. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
8. Flexibility to work in shifts and adapt to project needs.
