Director SAP Solution Architect (all genders)

This role belongs to our German subsidiary Wipro Technologies GmbH, headquartered in Frankfurt, and is open for all locations in Germany.

Objective:

• Drive solution strategy and create win themes aligned with client business needs.
• Develop solutions for pitches and RFI/RFP responses.
• Define solution approaches and coordinate with internal teams.
• Gather market intelligence and collaborate with partners and vendors.
• Interface with client stakeholders, present solutions, and support demand creation activities.

Key Requirements and Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end solution development, focusing on S/4HANA transformation, migrations, upgrades, and cloud offerings.
• Excellent client communication skills, including delivering presentations in German.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Adaptability to rapid changes and high-pressure environments.
• Experience in manufacturing, consumer, or ENU industries is advantageous.
• Proficiency in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in IT services and consulting, with strong SAP functional module expertise.
• Deep understanding of SAP solutions, including S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba, and cloud transformation.
• Experience in SAP pre-sales, solution design, and architecture on multiple SAP projects.
