Overview
As a Techno-Functional Consultant, you bridge business stakeholders, clients, and the delivery team to translate needs into actionable user stories and ensure delivery aligns with client expectations. You drive requirement discussions, analyze end-to-end processes, and guide solutions through the agile lifecycle. You play a functional SME role, shaping go-live and production support. Verantwortungsbereiche
- Conduct requirement-gathering workshops with business stakeholders and clients
- Drive alignment sessions to clarify expectations, priorities, and solution approaches
- Act as primary contact between business users and delivery teams; provide process improvement recommendations
- Create functional specs, BRDs, process flows, and use cases; ensure traceability from requirements to delivery
- Translate requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
- Lead backlog refinement, grooming, and walkthroughs; maintain product backlog items
- Collaborate with developers, testers, architects, and product owners throughout the delivery lifecycle
- Support sprint planning, reviews, and UAT; respond to queries during development and testing
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert; guide team, ensure quality, and support go-live and post-implementation stabilization
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Functional Consulting, or Techno-Functional roles
- Experience working directly with clients and business stakeholders
- Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and enterprise applications
- Experience working in Agile and Scrum environments
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive consensus
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical deliverables
- Leadership, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
- Product Management Consulting experience is mandatory
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
