Role Purpose:
Lead enterprise-wide technology strategy and architecture für Customer by aligning business objectives with IT capabilities.
Drive infrastructure transformation, modernization while ensuring scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define Infrastructure architecture strategy (Must)
- Create target-state architecture and transformation roadmaps (Must)
- Review technology solutions and ensure alignment with Infrastructure principles (Must)
- Provide technical leadership during pre-sales and client engagements (Must)
- Collaborate with Delivery, Infrastructure, Security and Cross Functions Teams (Must)
- Develop Infrastructure and security architecture (Good to Have)
- Establish architecture, governance and standards (Good to Have)
Primary Skills:
Strong expertise in Enterprise Architecture Design across Infrastructure.
- End-to-end system design and integration across hybrid IT environments
- Technology road mapping and transformation strategy
- Enterprise Architecture frameworks (TOGAF) – Certified (Good to have)
- Hands-on experience presenting Proposals/Solutions to Customer (PPT, Word) – e.g., SOW creation for requirements
- Hands-On Experience working with Managed Service Providers in past employment.
- Secondary Skill: Business process modelling and capability mapping.
Technical Skills:
- 12+ years in Infrastructure architecture and technical leadership roles
- Experience in on-prem platform architecture (VMware, private cloud, Kubernetes) with HA/DR/Security
- Ability to embed governance, approvals, and cost controls into workflows
- Excellent client-facing and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong experience in migrating workloads from on-prem to Cloud (Good to have)
- Hands-on expertise in ITSM integration (Valuemation, ServiceNow) (Good to have)
Technology Exposure – Infrastructure (from current or past experience):
- Storage
- Backup
- VMware
- OpenShift
- Databases
- Middleware
- Tools – SCCM, Splunk, Monitoring (OpsRamp)
Domain Experience:
Ideal candidate should come from Insurance or Banking Domain experience.
Language Requirement:
Fluency in English is mandatory for this role while German language skills will be an added advantage.
