Overview
As an Account Executive at Wipro, you drive profitable growth by expanding strategic relationships, shaping account plans, and ensuring high-quality delivery. Verantwortungsbereiche
- Develop and strengthen relationships with decision makers and influencers in the account
- Drive penetration across functions and become a trusted IT advisor
- Build a referable network of contacts and orchestrate ally development
- Lead account strategy and planning, monitoring sales trends and market dynamics
- Mentor next-line leadership in the account team and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Coordinate cross-geographic delivery and optimize delivery resources
- Conduct regular delivery reviews to prevent overruns and ensure on-time, defect-free delivery
- Highlight Wipro solutions through workshops and executive meetings to secure higher-value engagements
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 10+ years of experience managing large IT professional services accounts
- Experience with global service delivery models
- Strong background in Application Services, Engineering services, Digital and AI-based solutions
- Experience handling customers in the Consumer domain, preferably in European/Swiss markets
- Fluency in English; French language preferred
- Excellent communication across client and internal teams
- Experience managing 10+ million USD accounts/P&L
- Proven ability to drive account growth and strategy
