Partner - Finance Transformation Consulting (m/f/d)

Overview & Responsibilities

Wipro is at the forefront of helping companies around the world transform so that they can deliver great experiences to their customers, partners and employees. This is a Partner level role within our global Finance Transformation consulting practice. The Partner – Finance Transformation will lead the growth of the consulting business across strategic accounts by leveraging both existing and emerging capabilities, creating new strategic growth areas to deliver significant profitable growth for the accounts and consulting globally. The role reports to the UKI Consulting Head, with a dotted line to the Global Finance Transformation Head and is expected to provide thought leadership, act as a trusted CFO advisor, and lead our finance transformation agenda in the Europe region with support globally across all industries.

Areas of Focus

• Growth: Work with consulting leadership and sales teams to agree and execute a targeted sales strategy to grow Wipro’s Finance Transformation business.
• Relationships: Leverage a significant external CFO network within European markets and forge constructive internal relationships across multiple Wipro practices to take a truly ‘One Wipro’ approach to clients.
• Solutions: Shape and pull together the best of what Wipro can offer to drive innovative solutions to client problems in the European market.
• Team Building: Leverage broader consulting capabilities in Europe and our offshore presence; eventually build an on‑site presence of Finance Transformation consultants in the region.

Develop Business, Sell & Deliver

• Big picture orientation, conceiving effective strategies to drive growth across the region.
• Outstanding leadership, communication, relationship building and networking skills with clients, ecosystem partners and internal organization.
• Successful in generating consulting business from new and existing accounts and driving multimillion‑dollar engagements.
• Self‑sufficient and proactive in driving business development opportunities and creating personal utilization in our ‘sell & deliver’ operating model.
• Delivery and program expertise with experience handling multi‑shore consulting projects with distributed teams to deliver sustainable customer value.
• Champion and advocate for Finance Transformation in the European CFO landscape, repositioning Wipro as a strategic partner to accelerate and sustain customer value.
• Define and shape significant transformation propositions using core and disruptive technologies to solve business problems for tangible benefits at large enterprise clients.
• Influential internal change agent with gravitas and business building mindset.
• Drive and lead strategic execution, manage change, build relationships with clients and partners, motivate teams, and achieve results.
• Bring strong program and consulting disciplines such as Project/Program Management, Storytelling, Executive Communications, and Commercial disciplines.
• Good working knowledge of common EPM and Finance Technology and Process Automation solutions (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP Group Reporting, SAP SAC, SAP Signavio, Oracle EPM Cloud, MS Dynamics 365, Power BI, Board, Anaplan, Celonis, ARIS, Trintech).
• Creative, collaborative, motivating consulting leader who can focus diverse teams on common outcomes and goals.
• Nurturing, developing, mentoring top talent into future consulting business leaders.
• Execute organizational people strategy with strong collaboration from HR and Recruitment leads.
• Proactively seek opportunities to attract diverse talent at all levels.

Thought Leadership

• Strong knowledge of the CFO agenda and experience delivering strategic Finance Transformation initiatives focused on process, data, and technology.
• Own opinion on key issues facing CFOs across the European region and demonstrate how this has informed points of view and propositions.
• Ability to converse with industry leaders and analysts on trends within the European market.
• Proactively propose solutions, investment decisions, and published artifacts, including industry speakerships and analyst interactions.
• Create internal content and offerings, writing publications, blogs, and whitepapers.
• Utilize social media effectively to enhance Wipro’s brand presence.
