Overview
In this role you will lead the manufacturing consulting practice for the DACH region, driving AI-powered transformation and value-led engagements. You will build senior client relationships with CXOs, shape regional advisory strategy, and scale a high-impact practice. You’ll oversee large, multi-shore programs and develop market-ready propositions to accelerate growth and sustainable transformation. This is an opportunity to influence Wipro’s position as an AI-led transformation partner in manufacturing.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Grow the Manufacturing consulting business across the DACH region, focusing on Industry 4.0, digital twin, and value-based transformation
- Build and sustain senior client relationships; act as trusted advisor to CXOs on AI-led transformation and operating models
- Drive revenue, market presence, and scale the consulting practice
- Lead large-scale, multi-shore transformation programs delivering measurable business impact
- Originate and convert consulting opportunities to drive profitable growth
- Deliver complex engagements with distributed teams and shape thought leadership and go-to-market propositions
Zentrale Anforderungen
- German language is mandatory
- Track record in generating consulting business from new and existing accounts in the DACH Manufacturing market
- Established networks across the DACH Manufacturing market
- Self-sufficient, proactive in business development and capable of selling while delivering
- Delivery experience with multi-shore projects and distributed teams
- Strong program management and consulting discipline; able to drive strategic execution
