Our clients are multinational companies, who are at the beginning of their S/4 transformation journey and who are seeking advice. As the lead for a functional area, you will define the right transformation strategy, roadmap, and guardrails with our clients. During the template definition, you will ensure value realization and guide our clients. We offer end-to-end delivery to ensure that process designs are deployed and benefits are realized.

Responsibilities

1. Lead and support SAP EWM transformation programs.
2. Define transformation strategies, roadmaps, and guardrails with clients.
3. Guide clients through the template definition ensuring value realization.
4. Ensure successful design, delivery, and go-live of SAP EWM solutions.
5. Possibly oversee international industrialized rollouts as a guardian of the design template.

Required Skills and Experience

• Experience in SAP EWM implementations as stream lead or solution architect, including EWM integration with SAP Transport Management.
• Knowledge of EWM integrations with processes like Kitting, VAS, Packing, and with 3PL operations.
• Experience with integrating EWM into storage automation, mobile terminals, and devices.
• Understanding of warehouse operations, storage layouts, and processes.
• Proficiency in extending EWM capabilities and creating solution specifications.
• Experience with delivery methodologies (waterfall, hybrid, agile).
• Leadership experience working with global teams and guiding offshore colleagues.
• Good process knowledge in manufacturing or consumer goods industries.
• Excellent communication skills in English and German.
