Overview
As a Partner in Finance Transformation, you will drive growth for Wipro’s consulting practice across Europe, leveraging deep CFO networks and cross-practice capabilities. You’ll shape strategic engagements, lead senior client relationships, and anchor transformation programs that deliver tangible value. You will champion digital adoption and finance technology across industries, acting as a trusted advisor to CFOs and orchestrating multi-project delivery. This role offers wide regional impact and opportunities to build an on-site presence while scaling global capabilities.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Lead growth of the Finance Transformation business across strategic accounts in Europe, using global capabilities and emerging offerings
- Build and maintain senior client relationships up to C-level, and collaborate with Global Account Executives for growth
- Shape innovative finance solutions by pulling together Wipro capabilities for client problems in Europe
- Coordinate with cross-practice teams to enable a One Wipro approach and secure opportunities
- Drive delivery excellence across multi-shore projects, and develop on-site presence as the pipeline matures
- Act as a CFO advisor in business development, transformation and delivery capacity
- Define transformation propositions and engagement scope with emphasis on process, data, and tech
- Lead and mentor teams in finance-focused transformation initiatives
- Contribute to internal thought leadership and market positioning in CFO and finance topics
- Develop talent and nurture leadership within the European consulting ecosystem to sustain growth
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills with client ecosystems and partners
- Track record of generating consulting business and navigating multi-million-dollar engagements
- Self-sufficient, proactive in business development and able to balance sell & deliver model
- Delivery and program-management experience across distributed teams delivering customer value
- Solid knowledge of EPM and Finance Technology solutions (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP Group Reporting, SAP SAC, SAP Signavio, Oracle EPM Cloud, MS Dynamics 365, Power BI, Board, Anaplan, Celonis, ARIS, Trintech)
- Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and drive strategic execution in the CFO domain
- Experience with cross-regional delivery and offshore/on-site delivery models
