Overview
As the ENU consulting leader for the DACH region, you will build and scale a high-impact practice focused on AI-powered transformation for energy, resources, and utilities. You will cultivate CXO-level relationships, drive growth and market presence, and lead large, multi-shore engagements delivering measurable value. You shape strategy, develop go-to-market propositions, and foster top talent to sustain Wipro’s position as a premier AI transformation partner in the region.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Own and grow the ENU consulting business across DACH, with focus on C/ETRM
- Build and strengthen senior client relationships and advise CXOs on AI-led transformation and operating models
- Drive revenue, market presence, and practice scale
- Lead large-scale, multi-shore programs delivering measurable business impact
- Originate and convert consulting opportunities for profitable growth
- Deliver complex engagements with distributed teams and commercial accountability
- Shape thought leadership and go-to-market propositions
