ph3Senior Project Manager – Software Implementation (Swiss German Speaking) - Hybrid - Full time /h3 pWe are supporting a leading global WealthTech company in hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of enterprise software implementations for financial institutions and wealth management clients. /p pThis is a hands-on, client-facing delivery role requiring an experienced Project Manager who can take full ownership of complex software implementations, from initial project setup and requirements gathering through development, testing, UAT and go-live. /p pThe successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for clients, managing project governance, delivery timelines, budgets, risks and senior stakeholder relationships while working closely with Product, Engineering, QA and Implementation teams. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liTake full ownership of client-facing software implementation projects from initiation through to successful go-live and handover. /li liLead project planning, governance, resource coordination, budgeting and delivery execution across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). /li liAct as the primary client-facing Project Manager, managing senior stakeholders, executive relationships and steering committee meetings. /li liManage project scope, RAID logs, dependencies, change requests and contractual delivery commitments. /li liCoordinate requirements gathering, development, integration, testing, UAT and deployment activities. /li liWork closely with Product, Engineering, QA and Implementation teams to ensure technical delivery aligns with client requirements and agreed milestones. /li liProactively identify delivery risks, resolve issues and manage escalations to protect project timelines and client relationships. /li liProvide structured project reporting, delivery updates and clear communication to internal and external stakeholders. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul li8+ years of genuine Project Management experience, ideally 10+ years, with substantial ownership of complex software implementation projects. /li liFluent Swiss German and English, with the ability to lead client meetings, project workshops, steering committees and senior stakeholder discussions in both languages. /li liProven experience as the primary client-facing Project Manager for enterprise software, SaaS or on-premise implementations. /li liStrong understanding of the full SDLC, including requirements, development, integration, testing, UAT, deployment and go-live. /li liDemonstrable experience establishing and maintaining structured project governance, planning, RAID management, scope control and change management. /li liExperience managing senior client stakeholders and executive-level relationships. /li liStrong technical understanding and the ability to work effectively with software engineering, product and QA teams. /li liExperience delivering projects using Agile, Waterfall or hybrid methodologies, with the ability to apply appropriate project management controls. /li liExperience within financial services, banking, wealth management or WealthTech would be highly advantageous. /li liExcellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills, with a structured and proactive approach to project delivery. /li /ul pYou will take ownership of complex client implementations, work directly with senior banking stakeholders and collaborate with international Product and Engineering teams. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
