Head of Operations — Field Deployments & Manufacturing

Witty Machines AG is seeking an hands-on Head of Operations to scale our operations in Switzerland. You will design and build processes from scratch, deploy machines on-site, and work directly with customers to ensure successful installations and ongoing service. You will shape our field service model, improve manufacturing workflows, and collaborate with sales to ensure promises are delivered. This is an early-stage, leadership-track role in a fast-moving robotics and AI environment.
