Scope of duties:

• Recording of requirements, analysis and conception of document management systems (DMS) together with our customers, project management and system administration
• Implementation of ECM solutions for our customers
• Creation and revision of JAVA scripts
• Recording and optimization of content-based processes and business processes (workflow)
• Conception and implementation of training courses
• Documentation of customer solutions through to the creation of process documentation

Existing skills:

• You have the ability to quickly recognize and analyze complex relationships.
• Strong customer focus and high level of consulting expertise
• Independent and team-oriented way of working
• Confident demeanor and strong communication skills
• Willingness to travel as part of projects is a matter of course for you as a consultant
• Desirable: knowledge of logistics or asset management processes

Vocational training:

Degree in business administration, computer science or business informatics, alternatively comparable training with subsequent further qualification

Additional existing qualifications:

• Good knowledge of infrastructure, Windows operating systems (server and client) and networks
• Good programming and scripting skills (ideally JavaScript)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft SQL, ORACLE and IBM DB2

Professional experience: Several years of professional experience in IT and process consulting, desirable good specialist knowledge in the field of ECM (ELO)
