Head of IT – Digitalization and Business Systems (m/f/d) YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Leading and developing our IT team Management of IT, digitalization, and enterprise systems Digitalization and optimization of end-to-end business processes Designing interfaces between business units, systems, data, and partners Management of digitization, automation, and AI projects Management of our strategic technology and system partners Advising the Executive Board and further developing our digital enterprise architecture YOUR PROFILE Several years of experience leading or managing IT, digitalization, or transformation initiatives Strong leadership, process, and organizational skills Ability to think in terms of processes, interfaces, and interrelationships Strong understanding of modern enterprise systems, Microsoft 365, automation, and AI Experience managing external technology and system partners Entrepreneurial mindset, strong communication skills, and decision-making ability Knowledge of ERP and the housing industry is a plus but not a requirement You don’t need to be the top specialist in every technical area. What matters most is that you bring people, processes, systems, and partners together to develop viable solutions.
