I'm looking to connect with SAP professionals who have experience delivering projects within the German public sector and want to take the next step in their career working on SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes.
This is an opportunity to join an established SAP consulting environment supporting public sector organisations through complex transformation initiatives, modernising existing SAP landscapes and preparing for the future of digital government.
We're particularly interested in consultants who combine strong SAP functional expertise with an understanding of the unique challenges of working with German public sector organisations.
Your role
- Delivering SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration and transformation projects for public sector clients.
- Supporting customers as they transition from legacy SAP environments to modern S/4HANA solutions.
- Gathering business requirements and translating them into effective SAP solutions.
- Contributing to solution design, configuration, testing, deployment and go-live activities.
- Working with business stakeholders and technical teams to drive successful project outcomes.
- Supporting the optimisation and harmonisation of business processes within complex public sector environments.
- Depending on experience, taking ownership of workstreams, advising customers and supporting junior consultants.
What we're looking for
- Experience delivering SAP projects within the German public sector (Öffentlicher Sektor).
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations, conversions, migrations or transformation programmes.
- Functional experience in one or more SAP areas, such as FI/CO, MM, SD, HCM, PS or other relevant SAP modules.
- An understanding of public sector processes, stakeholder structures and project environments.
- Strong communication skills and professional German language proficiency.
- The ambition to develop your expertise and contribute to challenging SAP transformation projects.
