Are you an SAP Finance expert who enjoys solving business problems—not just implementing SAP?
Our client, a leading SAP consulting organisation, is expanding its Business Consulting practice and is looking for experienced SAP Finance professionals who can engage with CFOs and Finance leaders, shape transformation strategies, and lead customers through complex business change.
This is not a traditional SAP FI/CO implementation role.
Instead, you'll act as a trusted advisor, helping customers redesign their Finance function, define future operating models, and develop SAP-enabled transformation strategies before technical delivery is handed over to implementation teams.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead workshops with CFOs, Finance Directors and senior business stakeholders.
- Analyse current Finance processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Design future-state Finance operating models and transformation roadmaps.
- Translate business requirements into SAP solution blueprints.
- Advise customers on SAP S/4HANA Finance best practices and transformation strategies.
- Support complex customer programmes, including stabilising challenging projects and guiding organisations through change.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for consultants who combine deep SAP Finance expertise with strong business consulting skills.
You’ll ideally bring:
- Extensive experience in SAP FI, SAP CO and SAP S/4HANA Finance.
- A proven track record leading Finance transformation programmes.
- Confidence engaging with CFOs and senior business stakeholders.
- Experience leading workshops and translating business challenges into strategic SAP solutions.
- Strong communication, consulting and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with any of the following would be advantageous:
- SAP RE-FX
- Treasury
- Group Reporting
- Embedded Analytics
- SAP Activate
- Fit-to-Standard methodology
