As we scaling their Retail practice, they are looking for a senior leader who can take it to the next level.The opportunity:This is a build-and-grow role. You'll take ownership of the SAP Retail business unit across Europe — driving revenue, shaping strategy, and expanding the footprint with new and existing clients. You'll sit at the intersection of delivery leadership, client advisory, and business development, acting as a trusted partner to C-level stakeholders while growing a high-performing team around you.What you'll be doingOwning P&L and growth strategy for the Retail practice, with full accountability for revenue, margin, and pipelineBuilding and scaling a team as the business unit expands — bringing structure, capability, and culture to a growing practiceActing as trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, deepening relationships and identifying new transformation opportunitiesLeading proposals, solution workshops, and deal shaping as the retail subject-matter expertDeveloping joint go-to-market strategies with key technology partnersRepresenting the practice externally — through thought leadership, publications, and industry eventsWhat we're looking forA proven track record of growing a SAP retail-focused practice, business unit, or client portfolio from the ground up — not just running an existing oneExperience building and mobilising teams alongside business growth, ideally with the ability to bring existing relationships or talent with youDeep SAP consulting experience within Retail or Consumer Industries, spanning delivery, transformation, and managed servicesStrong commercial acumen — comfortable owning P&L, pipeline, and margin performanceExecutive presence and the ability to influence senior stakeholders, both client-side and internallyExperience operating within a global consulting or technology services environmentWhy this roleThis is a genuine leadership opportunity to shape the direction of a growing practice — not step into something already built.
