SAP Sales / Account Manager
who thrives on opening doors, winning new logos, and building long-term client relationships. This isn't a role for someone who simply manages existing accounts. We're looking for a true hunter—someone who enjoys identifying opportunities, engaging senior decision-makers, and turning conversations into strategic SAP partnerships. If you're motivated by winning business, shaping client strategy, and working with one of the strongest SAP delivery teams in Europe, we'd love to hear from you. What you'll be doing
Develop and execute a new business strategy across the Austrian market Identify, approach and win new enterprise customers Build C-level relationships within key target organisations Position SAP consulting, transformation and managed service solutions Own the entire sales cycle—from prospecting through to contract negotiation and closing Work closely with pre-sales, SAP consultants and delivery teams to create winning proposals Build a healthy pipeline and consistently exceed sales targets What we're looking for
Proven success selling SAP services, consulting or enterprise solutions A genuine hunter mentality with a track record of winning new business Strong network within the Austrian enterprise market Experience engaging CIOs, CFOs and senior business stakeholders Commercially driven with excellent negotiation skills Fluent German and strong English What's on offer
