🌍 What You’ll Do:

• Lead and contribute to high-impact projects : IPOs, M&A transactions, carve-outs, valuations, and large-scale financial transformations.
• Navigate complex accounting frameworks like HGB, IFRS, and US GAAP — from revenue recognition to lease accounting.
• Collaborate across departments, including Strategy, Transactions, Tax, and People Advisory, to deliver integrated solutions.
• Advise clients on reporting transparency , consolidation, compliance, and enhanced decision-making.
• Implement innovative IT and process solutions that drive performance and insight.

🎓 What You Bring:

• A completed degree in economics, business informatics , or a similar business-focused field.
• For Consultant roles: initial experience through internships or student work.
• For Senior Consultant roles: 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
• A team-first mindset , entrepreneurial thinking, and a passion for continuous learning.
• Strong analytical skills , creative problem-solving, and structured thinking.
• Confident with Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
• Excellent German and English communication skills (written and spoken).
