We're working with one of Switzerland's most dynamic SAP consultancies, currently scaling fast across the DACH region. With a full project pipeline and urgent demand, they're looking for an experienced SAP CO Consultant to join and grow, with a high-performing team.
The Role This is a position where you'll take real ownership of S/4HANA Controlling workstreams and client accounts from day one. There's optional involvement in sales activity too, with uncapped bonus potential on both billable days and new business contributions - a rare setup that genuinely rewards performance.
Lead SAP CO workstreams across S/4HANA transformation projects in the DACH region
Take ownership of client accounts and project delivery
Work closely with clients across Fit-Gap, design, configuration, and Go-Live
Optional involvement in sales and business development with uncapped bonus

Background in SAP consulting (not purely in-house)
