We are seeking a Global Account Manager to lead one of our most strategic global customer relationships, driving profitable growth, executive engagement, and long-term partnership success.What You'll DoDevelop and execute a global account strategy aligned with Wolfspeed's growth objectives.Build and strengthen executive-level relationships across a complex international customer organisation.Identify and secure new business opportunities while maximising account profitability.Lead customer engagement strategies, negotiations, and commercial agreements on a global scale.Act as the voice of the customer internally, influencing business decisions and strategic investments.Coordinate global sales, engineering, and business resources to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.Drive collaboration across regions and functions to ensure successful execution of account plans.Travel internationally to support customer relationships and business growth.What We're Looking ForExperience managing large, complex global accounts in a technology, semiconductor, industrial, or related environment.Proven success developing executive-level customer relationships and driving strategic growth.Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and business planning skills.Demonstrated leadership experience, including coaching and developing high-performing teams.Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Willingness to travel.Who You AreYou are a driven and strategic relationship builder who thrives in complex, global environments.
