IT-Administrator (M|W|D)

Job Responsibilities

1. 1st/2nd-Level-Support (Hardware and Software)
2. Incident reception, resolution, and documentation in the ticket system
3. Analysis and resolution of technical problems
4. Administration, design, and project planning: Microsoft Active Directory, deployment software, Microsoft Windows server landscape, and virtualization environments
5. Monitoring of IT systems
6. Planning, design, commissioning, and documentation of new IT systems and infrastructures
7. Project management or sub-project management of IT projects

Minimum Requirements

1. Completed studies (Business Informatics/Computer Science) or completed training in the IT field or equivalent qualifications acquired through professional experience and further training measures
2. Good knowledge and ideally certifications in the areas of Microsoft Windows Server and virtualization
3. Experience with service- and process-oriented architectures is an advantage
4. Goal-oriented approach, communication skills, and implementation strength
5. Good team and cooperation behavior
6. Logical-analytical thinking and the ability to consider integrated technologies and processes comprehensively
7. Good English skills in spoken and written form
