Job Responsibilities
- 1st/2nd-Level-Support (Hardware and Software)
- Incident reception, resolution, and documentation in the ticket system
- Analysis and resolution of technical problems
- Administration, design, and project planning: Microsoft Active Directory, deployment software, Microsoft Windows server landscape, and virtualization environments
- Monitoring of IT systems
- Planning, design, commissioning, and documentation of new IT systems and infrastructures
- Project management or sub-project management of IT projects
Minimum Requirements
- Completed studies (Business Informatics/Computer Science) or completed training in the IT field or equivalent qualifications acquired through professional experience and further training measures
- Good knowledge and ideally certifications in the areas of Microsoft Windows Server and virtualization
- Experience with service- and process-oriented architectures is an advantage
- Goal-oriented approach, communication skills, and implementation strength
- Good team and cooperation behavior
- Logical-analytical thinking and the ability to consider integrated technologies and processes comprehensively
- Good English skills in spoken and written form
