Задачи:
- Develop reporting and improve metrics quality by understanding business needs and providing actionable data
- Work on centrally maintained data integrations and pipelines powering the Data Warehouse, data models, and dashboards
- Design and implement complex data pipelines with dependency control, orchestration, and auto-materialisation logic
- Develop a self-service data modelling strategy and partner with Analytics and other stakeholders to implement it
- Increase data literacy and expertise across the domain through hands-on training and documentation
- Lead, mentor, and guide more junior team members
Требования:
- 5+ Years of experience as an Analytics Engineer or BI Developer
- Hands-on experience with data integrations, data pipelines, data models, metric development, and dashboards
- Experience with Snowflake, SQL, Airflow, DBT, Looker, or other visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Advanced SQL skills and the ability to write optimized queries for large datasets
- Strong business acumen and product-oriented thinking
- Significant experience designing and implementing analytics and reporting data models
