The Merchant Onboarding Specialist works in close cooperation with the Partnership Managers as well as Restaurant and Retail Development teams to help our restaurant and retail partners maximize their opportunity for success.
The Merchant Onboarding Associate is responsible for assisting our restaurant and retail partners in onboarding their venues, ensuring their menus are updated on the platform and offering general day-to-day support.
Day-to-day Responsibilities:
- Onboarding venues into Wolt’s Platform, including contracts, photography, menu, translation, and Wolt app training.
- Building relationships with our restaurant and retail partners by training them on using our systems and keeping them up to speed on any updates.
- Ensuring our portfolio of restaurants and retail shops reach the highest Wolt service standards by conducting frequent quality and satisfaction checks.
- Developing our restaurant and retail partners and their business by using our collected user data.
- Being responsible for ensuring our menu platform is always up to date with text and visuals that reflect the Wolt brand.
- Managing equipment inventory.
