We are looking for a Product Lead to join the Design Systems team within our platform-focused group. The Product Lead for Design Systems works with Product and Engineering teams across Wolt to identify areas of improvement in our current design systems and define high-impact initiatives and requirements that will enable our product teams to deliver an exceptional experience to their end users.
As a Product Lead, you will work with a cross-functional team of incredibly talented engineers, designers, product people, and analysts in a high-visibility role. You will be responsible for defining the roadmap and setting the vision for your team. This involves leading multiple projects and cross-team product initiatives across the entire product lifecycle, partnering with stakeholders in Design, Engineering, and Data Science, as well as understanding our end-users better than anyone.
