- Manage and develop an accounting team including hiring, training, and mentoring
- Prepare and oversee financial reports (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements)
- Engage in business partnering with Finance and Non-Finance teams to meet organizational goals
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal policies, and tax filings
- Analyze financial data to identify improvements, cost savings, and process optimization
