What You’ll Do:

  • Assist in managing day-to-day office operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Support facility maintenance and coordinate with external vendors (cleaning, repairs, etc.).
  • Help with inventory management and ordering supplies.
  • Contribute to office space planning and desk allocations.
  • Provide administrative support for Wooga-wide events.
  • Be a go-to person for employees needing assistance with office-related queries.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to stay on top of different projects.
  • Interest in facilities management, office administration, or a related field.
  • Fluency in German and English.
