We are seeking a Customer Success Director to lead and inspire our customer success management team while driving meaningful engagement with our clients. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between customer needs and our cutting-edge technology. As a key advocate for our customers, you’ll work to ensure they achieve their goals and gain maximum value from Wordego’s AI-driven visitor analytics platform.
As a Customer Success Director, you’ll be responsible for cultivating lasting relationships with our diverse client base, managing a dynamic team, and delivering innovative solutions to meet and exceed customer expectations. Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership to the customer success management team, ensuring daily operations align with long-term goals and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
Mentor and guide team members on their career development, fostering professional growth and improving retention within the department.
Analyze and leverage market trends, client feedback, and evolving needs to shape impactful strategies that strengthen customer partnerships and align with organizational goals.
Serve as the primary advocate for client success, bridging customer objectives with the capabilities of our AI-powered visitor analytics platform.
Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction across all accounts.
Design and implement processes to track customer performance metrics, identify opportunities, and provide proactive solutions to maximize value delivery.
Ensure clients fully utilize Wordego’s platform by providing tailored recommendations, training sessions, and adoption strategies.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, driving business outcomes through consultative interactions and strategic alignment.
Handle escalated customer issues with poise and efficiency, devising creative solutions and ensuring positive outcomes.
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and alignment on business objectives.
Lead initiatives to identify growth opportunities, contributing to the company’s revenue and strategic objectives.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, communications, engineering, or a related field.
Excellent spelling, grammar, and usage in English, German, or French.
At least five years of experience in a customer-oriented position, preferably in advertising, marketing, or ecommerce technologies.
Minimum of three years experience in leading a team.
Strong understanding or interest in advertising, marketing, and ecommerce technologies.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with positive and energetic phone skills and listening skills.
Passion for collaborating and building strong relationships with customers.
Passion for testing, measuring, and improving customer performance and follow-up effectiveness.
Ability to stay organized and autonomous, with a demonstrated ability to multi-task.
Ability to work effectively within a professional environment and collaborate with the team.
